Stretch AB is a parent company. Business operations are conducted in seven subsidiaries, all carrying the name and brand Stretch.
We are convinced that corporatization is the best way to run an organization with Stretch’s strategies – growth with profitability, customer focus, quality, entrepreneurship, and the most attractive work place. Corporatization is thus a consequence of our strategies.
We have chosen to let our subsidiaries base operations on geographic markets, with Stretch Public as an exception, as the market of the company is in the public sector. The reason we have chosen the geographic markets is that we feel that our customers want to be able to interact with local companies as much as possible.
Our promise The large small consultant, gets a clear definition in corporatization. It is easy for customers and associates to embrace the pledge that each company is independently responsible, but provided with a supportive organization that can assist in better reach and confidence in for example sales and delivery.
Stretch AB makes sure that subsidiaries interact in terms of sales. It is of great importance to Stretch’s key customers where many consultants from different subsidiaries are involved. Each company is responsible for their own sales and they possess the right competence to meet the demand.
Stretch as a brand, is managed and developed by our parenting company, together with its subsidiaries. A uniformed trademark that clearly signals the true added value that is created in and around our customers’ processes and systems.
It is important to partake in knowledge sharing and the exchange of experiences, both within, but also between each subsidiary. Competence networks are coordinated and encouraged by Stretch AB. An example of areas where such networks are available is Business Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, Master Data and Project Management.
Stretch AB also assists the subsidiaries in recruitment, financial and legal issues, and managing the financial administration.
